Das Ethos des Unternehmens bestand schon immer darin, die Verbindung zur Natur und gesunde Gewohnheiten zu f\u00f6rdern. Weizengras-Shots sind ein wichtiger Teil ihres Angebots und wurden fr\u00fcher in 30-ml-Plastikbechern verpackt, die von Hand eingewickelt wurden. Heute hat das Unternehmen kompostierbare, flexible Verpackungen eingef\u00fchrt, um sein ganz besonderes Produkt und seinen N\u00e4hrstoffgehalt zu sch\u00fctzen. Dies ist ein wichtiger Schritt, da fl\u00fcssige Produkte bekannterma\u00dfen schwierig zu verpacken sind, insbesondere in kompostierbaren Verpackungen.<\/p>

Die Verpackungsstruktur stammt von Green Heart Solutions, einem chilenischen Verpackungshersteller, der eine Reihe von kompostierbaren Verpackungsprodukten anbietet. Die Hochleistungsstruktur f\u00fcr Soy Silvestre umfasst eine hochbarrieref\u00e4hige NatureFlex\u2122-Folienschicht aus Zellulose von Futamura, die mit einer weiteren Biofolie laminiert ist, um die Dichtigkeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Damit kann Soy Silvestre kleine, flexible Beutel f\u00fcr ihre Dosis an fl\u00fcssiger G\u00fcte herstellen.<\/p>

Die neue L\u00f6sung erm\u00f6glicht eine automatisierte Verpackung und sch\u00fctzt das zerbrechliche Produkt w\u00e4hrend seines gesamten Lebenszyklus: von der Verpackung des fl\u00fcssigen Produkts \u00fcber die Gefrierphase und den Vertrieb bis hin zum Auftauen. Das Produkt ist nicht nur w\u00e4hrend seiner viermonatigen Haltbarkeit gesch\u00fctzt, sondern die Beutel sind auch kompostierbar, so dass Soy Silvestre die Verpackung auf sein nachhaltiges Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell abstimmen und seine Umweltauswirkungen reduzieren kann. Der kompostierbare Beutel von Green Heart Solutions entspricht dem PUSU-Gesetz Nr. 21368 (Gesetz \u00fcber Einwegkunststoffe in Chile) und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Zertifizierungen f\u00fcr die h\u00e4usliche und industrielle Kompostierung, die von BPI, Dincertco und TUV verliehen wurden.<\/p>

Diese neue Innovation wurde auf der Messe Circlepack - Viva Packaging 2024 (CENEM) im April gew\u00fcrdigt, auf der Green Heart Solutions den zweiten Preis in der Kategorie Lebensmittelverpackungen f\u00fcr ihre Entwicklung von Folien zu Beuteln erhielt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Wir sind sehr stolz auf unsere Auszeichnung von Circlepack - Viva Packaging 2024. Vor etwa f\u00fcnf Jahren haben wir die NatureFlex-Folien von Futamura entdeckt. Sie werden aus verantwortungsvoll bewirtschaftetem, erneuerbarem Holzzellstoff hergestellt und k\u00f6nnen dann zu N\u00e4hrstoffen f\u00fcr den Boden kompostiert werden, wodurch ein vollst\u00e4ndiger Kreislauf f\u00fcr viele Produkte entsteht. Die Folien sind sehr vielseitig, sie sind feuchtigkeits- und fettabweisend und bewahren Geschmacks- und Aromastoffe. Sie k\u00f6nnen mit zertifizierten Biopolymeren laminiert werden, um starke hermetische Versiegelungen und zus\u00e4tzliche Eigenschaften f\u00fcr komplexere Anwendungen zu erzielen. Es ist wirklich erfreulich, dass wir die Entwicklungen, die wir heute haben, erreichen konnten.
