contribuci\u00f3n a la contaminaci\u00f3n por micropl\u00e1sticos en nuestros oc\u00e9anos y suelos.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-71ccf08 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"71ccf08\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-622be2f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"622be2f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Un informe de la ECHA (2020) sugiere que se liberan 42.000 toneladas de micropl\u00e1sticos intencionadamente presentes en el medio ambiente anualmente. La gran escala del problema ha llevado a una prohibici\u00f3n que entr\u00f3 en vigor el 17<sup>th<\/sup> Octubre de 2023, por el que se proh\u00edbe la venta de cualquier tipo de purpurina pl\u00e1stica no biodegradable o insoluble para los mercados de artes y manualidades. La purpurina consta de part\u00edculas intr\u00ednsecamente peque\u00f1as que, en materiales convencionales a base de pol\u00edmeros, se descomponen en part\u00edculas a\u00fan m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as llamadas micropl\u00e1sticos. La naturaleza del producto significa que es probable que la purpurina acabe en las aguas residuales, tanto para el mercado cosm\u00e9tico como para el de artes y manualidades.<\/p><p>Futamura ofrece una soluci\u00f3n para ayudar a reducir las vastas cantidades de micropl\u00e1sticos generados a partir de productos de purpurina. La purpurina puede basarse en pel\u00edculas NatureFlex\u2122, que han demostrado biodegradabilidad en aguas residuales, as\u00ed como biodegradabilidad en ambientes marinos y de suelo, un requisito de las regulaciones REACH que entraron en vigor en octubre de 2023, para las restricciones que rodean a los micropl\u00e1sticos. Despu\u00e9s de su uso, la purpurina certificada se biodegradar\u00e1 de forma segura en el medio ambiente en el que fue desechada, mejorando dr\u00e1sticamente las credenciales ambientales del producto. Si bien las pel\u00edculas NatureFlex\u2122 que se pueden usar para producir purpurina han demostrado biodegradabilidad marina y en aguas residuales, es importante que la purpurina est\u00e9 certificada como producto final para garantizar que se cumplan todos los criterios de las certificaciones.<\/p><p>Las pel\u00edculas NatureFlex\u2122 se producen a partir de pulpa de madera renovable, cosechada de plantaciones gestionadas de manera responsable y cumplen con todos los est\u00e1ndares relevantes para compostaje industrial, incluyendo AS4736, EN13432 y ASTM D6400. Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n certificadas para compostaje dom\u00e9stico seg\u00fan el est\u00e1ndar australiano de compostaje dom\u00e9stico AS5810, seg\u00fan el est\u00e1ndar franc\u00e9s NF T51-800, por Din Certo y seg\u00fan el protocolo OK Compost Home.<\/p><p>Actualmente, el brillo a base de pl\u00e1sticos convencionales a\u00fan se puede vender para aplicaciones cosm\u00e9ticas debido al per\u00edodo de transici\u00f3n otorgado bajo el Reglamento sobre micropl\u00e1sticos, sin embargo, una vez que este per\u00edodo termine, las aplicaciones cosm\u00e9ticas tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1n prohibido el uso de brillo en productos que generen micropl\u00e1sticos.
