elementor-size-default\">Comprendre l'empreinte carbone<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-170a956 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"170a956\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le potentiel de r\u00e9chauffement plan\u00e9taire (PRP), commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9 \u2018empreinte carbone\u2019, mesure l'impact potentiel d'un processus sur le r\u00e9chauffement plan\u00e9taire en \u00e9quivalents CO2 de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre entre un point de d\u00e9part et un point d'arriv\u00e9e d\u00e9finis. Diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9missions peuvent avoir un impact plus ou moins important sur le r\u00e9chauffement de la plan\u00e8te. Par commodit\u00e9, elles sont donc mesur\u00e9es puis converties en \u2018\u00e9quivalents CO2\u2019 de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre. Par exemple, une tonne de m\u00e9thane a un impact \u00e9quivalent sur le r\u00e9chauffement de la plan\u00e8te \u00e0 vingt-cinq tonnes de dioxyde de carbone.<\/p><p>Dans le cas de NatureFlex\u2122, une analyse du cycle de vie (ACV) compl\u00e8te a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e du \u2018berceau \u00e0 la porte\u2019. Cela nous a permis de mesurer et de comprendre les impacts de toutes nos mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, tout au long de notre processus de fabrication, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la bobine de film fendue finie soit pr\u00eate \u00e0 quitter notre site. Les ACV de Futamura ont toutes \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par Sphera (anciennement Thinkstep) ou ERM, \u00e0 l'aide du logiciel GaBi.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdeb03a e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"cdeb03a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0443f8 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a0443f8\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-71cd3cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"71cd3cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDes am\u00e9liorations significatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9es aux mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res que nous utilisons et \u00e0 notre processus de fabrication depuis que nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler notre processus \u00e0 l'aide de l'ACV en 2006. L'ACV la plus r\u00e9cente a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2025 et montre que l'empreinte carbone a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duite de pr\u00e8s de 50% depuis 2007. Les donn\u00e9es historiques montrent qu'en 2006 d\u00e9j\u00e0, l'empreinte carbone avait \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duite de 57% par rapport aux ann\u00e9es 1990. Pour l'avenir, nous pr\u00e9voyons une nouvelle r\u00e9duction d'environ 10% d'ici 2027\/28, sur la base d'investissements futurs dans notre processus.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a1c802f e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a1c802f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aedcc98 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"aedcc98\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa9f46f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fa9f46f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il est de plus en plus fr\u00e9quent que les entreprises cherchent \u00e0 comparer l'empreinte carbone de diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux. Toutefois, il convient de veiller \u00e0 ce que les comparaisons ne soient effectu\u00e9es qu'entre des mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9sentant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s fonctionnelles similaires, en utilisant les m\u00eames m\u00e9thodologies et hypoth\u00e8ses d'ACV, avec les m\u00eames points de d\u00e9part et d'arriv\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Le graphique ci-dessous compare l'empreinte carbone (kg CO2eq \/ kg) de trois films plastiques conventionnels ; polyester (PET), polypropyl\u00e8ne (BOPP) et polyamide (PA6) \u2013 ainsi que l'empreinte carbone actuelle du film NatureFlex\u2122 NVS laqu\u00e9. Il inclut \u00e9galement une empreinte carbone projet\u00e9e pour NatureFlex\u2122 laqu\u00e9 en 2027\/28, bas\u00e9e sur les am\u00e9liorations pr\u00e9vues de notre processus de fabrication.<\/p><p>NatureFlex\u2122 est similaire au polypropyl\u00e8ne, mais en termes de densit\u00e9, de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques, d'imprimabilit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur, le polyester est le film comparatif le plus proche. Cet investissement a \u00e9t\u00e9 financ\u00e9 par une subvention de l'Industrial Energy Transformation Fund (IETF) accord\u00e9e \u00e0 Futamura par le gouvernement britannique en 2025. Il n'est pas possible de comparer tous les impacts environnementaux depuis notre premi\u00e8re ACV, car certains r\u00e9sultats ont consid\u00e9rablement chang\u00e9 en raison des mises \u00e0 jour des bases de donn\u00e9es. Le graphique ci-dessous illustre les am\u00e9liorations pr\u00e9vues dans plusieurs cat\u00e9gories d'impact pour notre NatureFlex\u2122 laqu\u00e9, entre aujourd'hui et 2027\/28, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des am\u00e9liorations continues des processus.<\/p><p>Nous nous sommes sp\u00e9cifiquement engag\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9duire notre consommation d'eau et avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 apport\u00e9 des am\u00e9liorations significatives telles que la modernisation de notre usine de traitement de l'eau en 2019. Cela a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de la demande en eau \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle du site d'environ 20% (\u2248500 m3\/jour).<\/p><p>En outre, Futamura s'approvisionne en p\u00e2te de bois \u00e0 partir d'eucalyptus, ce qui ne n\u00e9cessite pas d'irrigation suppl\u00e9mentaire et l'utilisation d'herbicides, d'insecticides et d'engrais est faible pour minimiser les impacts sur l'environnement.
