Queste piccole buste di plastica sono ampiamente utilizzate per distribuire condimenti, salse, creme per la cura personale e molti altri prodotti liquidi. Se da un lato sono comode per i consumatori, dall'altro sono spesso messe in evidenza per i problemi che creano alla fine del loro ciclo di vita.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-71ccf08 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"71ccf08\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-622be2f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"622be2f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le stime* indicano che nel 2018 sono state utilizzate circa 855 miliardi di bustine a livello globale. La maggior parte di queste confezioni sono prodotte con imballaggi complessi a pi\u00f9 strati, in grado di resistere alla natura degli ingredienti e di preservare i prodotti durante la catena di fornitura per la durata di conservazione richiesta. Di solito sono prodotti con strutture a tre strati che includono strati di poliolefina, alluminio e spesso poliestere, rendendo le confezioni estremamente difficili da riciclare, poich\u00e9 i componenti della struttura laminata sono incompatibili per il riciclaggio e non facilmente separabili. Le dimensioni molto ridotte e il fatto che spesso rimangano contaminate dagli alimenti aumentano ulteriormente le difficolt\u00e0 di riciclaggio.<\/p><p>Il produttore di film compostabili Futamura, il trasformatore di imballaggi flessibili Repaq e il produttore di macchine GK Sondermaschinenbau hanno lavorato insieme per produrre una soluzione compostabile per questo segmento di mercato. Si \u00e8 trattato di una sfida difficile da risolvere, che ha richiesto molti tentativi per essere perfezionata.<\/p><p>Oggi sono lieti di lanciare una soluzione completamente compostabile basata sulla tecnologia NatureFlex\u2122 per questa applicazione, in grado di avvolgere ingredienti come ketchup o senape, salse da cucina o crema per le mani. Il nuovo laminato compostabile include uno strato di film di cellulosa barriera di Futamura e un altro biofilm per garantire la tenuta ermetica. Le strutture sono state certificate come compostabili, sia in ambito industriale che domestico.<\/p><p>Le nuove strutture di imballaggio compostabili hanno dimostrato di essere efficaci soluzioni per bustine, se prodotte con i nuovi macchinari di GK Sondermaschinenbau. Le confezioni dimostrative consegnate hanno confermato la durata di conservazione e la protezione richieste per una serie di salse. La macchinabilit\u00e0 delle nuove bustine per liquidi \u00e8 stata ripetutamente dimostrata, su scala, dai primi marchi che hanno implementato la struttura compostabile. Non \u00e8 stata riscontrata alcuna differenza di efficienza nell'utilizzo di questa struttura rispetto a quella convenzionale. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 stato riscontrato per tutti i macchinari GKS, sia di piccole che di medie o grandi dimensioni. Ci siamo riusciti dopo due anni di lavoro di sviluppo con i nostri grandi partner. Il nostro imballaggio offre un'eccellente protezione del prodotto e significativi vantaggi ecologici, a parit\u00e0 di velocit\u00e0 di confezionamento. Per l'imballaggio dei liquidi otteniamo un OTR di 0,5 alle condizioni standard di OTR: 23\u00b0C, 50% r.h con una durata di conservazione fino a 12 mesi.
