Futamura is pleased to announce the appointment of Jordi Garcia Lacalle as Iberian Sales Manager. Futamura, the leading global manufacturer of renewable and compostable cellulose films, hopes to further strengthen the company’s commercial presence across Spain and Portugal with the newest addition to their Regional Sales Team.
Jordi joins Futamura to take over from Didier Verhaert, an established team member who has managed the Iberian and Southern France region for several years. Jordi’s background is the primary packaging sector of the pharmaceutical industry, where he built extensive experience working with high-performance packaging solutions and supporting customers in highly regulated environments. Jordi has studied Micro-Biology, and his experience brings valuable technical knowledge and a strong customer-focused approach to Futamura’s sales organisation.
Based near Barcelona, Jordi will be responsible for developing Futamura’s business across the Iberian region, working closely with new and existing customers to support their sustainability and packaging performance objectives. The newly appointed Iberian Sales Manager is keen to get started in the flexible films sector and expand the company’s presence in key market segments.
