Our NatureFlex™ and Cellophane™ ranges are made from renewable wood pulp sourced from responsibly managed forestry. NatureFlex™ is also certified home and industrial compostable, offering an environmentally conscious alternative to traditional plastic films.
Applications in Industrials
Futamura flexible films are used throughout the industrials sector, from adhesive tapes to components within batteries. NatureFlex™ and Cellophane™ films can be used in battery separator applications to reduce the initial voltage decay and increase shelf-life (especially for intermittent use) of alkaline batteries.
Our flexible films are ideally suited to adhesive tapes due to inherent easy tear characteristics, supporting the nature of the tapes. Additionally our films are receptive to adhesives and have proven machineability.
